Gary Teperman (Executive Producer/Writer/Director) has been a producer for over 10 years and started his company Pegside Films in 2003. Gary was born in the Ukraine, grew up in Canada, and got his education in the United States. Gary holds a diploma in Film production from the New York Film Academy (New York), a certificate in a Webmaster program from Seneca College (Toronto), and a certificate in producing from UCLA Extensions (Los Angeles). Gary has produced 2 short films (“Bar Barons” and “Suprise”), a feature (“Tan Man”), and his latest project, “Saving Rent.”
Alice Cutler (Executive Producer/Writer/Kelley) was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where she performed in her first play at Actors Theatre of Louisville. She got her BA in drama from Vassar College, and later moved to New York where she studied at The Atlantic Acting Company. Alice also did a children’s theater tour of “Beauty and the Beast” and toured in Maine with “The Merry Wives of Windsor.” Since moving to Los Angeles, Alice has worked on commercials, television, and web series. Jonathan Zweben (Producer) has over 14 years of television marketing experience. The past 10 years he has worked at ABC-TV in television and digital marketing. He has written, produced, and directed two short films, and is studying producing at UCLA. Jonathan grew up in Brooklyn, New York and currently resides in Los Angeles.
Vincent Giovanni (Mike) A first generation Italian American, born and raised in Queens, New York, Vincent most recently appeared as Rick in “Desperate Writers”, at the Edgmar Theatre for the Arts. Other LA performances include Reynaldo in the World Premiere of “The World’s Largest Rodent” at The Victory Theatre. Dom Homenides De Histangua in “A Flea in Her Ear”, at the Ivy Substation, and Red in “Who Made Robert Dinero King of the World”, at the Actor’s Playpen, where he also made his LA directorial debut. You can also catch Vincent in the upcoming film “Corrado”, starring Tom Sizemore and Johnny Messner, due out this Christmas, and “Doll House” on FOX.
Jacob Lane (Paul) was born in Fort Ord, California but moved to York, Pennsylvania at the age of 11. Staying home for his first year of college, Jacob started acting at the local York Little Theatre and quickly became obsessed with being the best actor he could be. The show that changed his life was the ensemble piece “The Laramie Project,” and upon seeing how he and his fellow castmates performances affected the lives of those in the theater, Jacob decided then and there that his goal was to connect with people through the types of roles he plays. Previous roles include: Rocky in “The Rocky Horror Show,” Lucentio in “The Taming of the Shrew,” Christian de Neuvillette in “Cyrano de Bergerac,” his ACTF nominated performance as Dr. Joseph Cardin in “The Children’s Hour,” and loveable loser Jim in “Jim Loves Jolie.” Having been trained in theater for the past 3 1/2 years, Jacob is now ready to streamline into film and television.
Mallory McGill (Suzie) is from the Sunshine State. She attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where she studied theater. She also studied acting at the Atlantic Theater Company and the New York Film Academy in New York City. Since moving to LA, a little over a year ago, she has trained with Lesly Kahn, Annie Grindlay, and Michelle Danner.
Ashley Palmer(Tina) began her acting career at age five when she played the title role in a community production of Chicken Little. Since then she has originated a role in an off Broadway play, performed in a National tour, shared the stage with Elaine Stritch, and was directed by Darren Star. Ashley has a BFA in musical theatre from Otterbein College and she works in film, television, theatre, commercials, hosting, print, webseries’, and improv; but never in the “adult industry.” www.ashleypalmer.info
Alex Ruiz(Chucho) has been a professional actor for over five years with over 20 commercials under his belt and starring in many short and feature films including “Foto Novela”, “Celluloid Filth”, “Borderline”, Academy Award nominated Bausan Films Productions “Jean Leon 3055”, etc. He’s also had co-starring roles in shows like “Nightstalker” and “Gossip Girl”. He began his career doing theater alongside sometimes controversial yet brilliant director and long time friend Juan Carlos Malpeli doing deep and actor driven plays like “The King of the Lighthouse”, “The Bald Soprano”, and “Woyzeck.” They’re currently working on a new play called “…Kindly Remove Your Hats”.
